Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free throughout mainland UK when you spend over £50.00. Orders below this value will incur a small delivery charge of £5.00 ex VAT.
Orders will be dispatched within 72 working hours provided orders are received before:
Monday-Thursday
Please place your orders before 5.00 pm
Friday
Orders placed before 5.00 p.m will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders placed after this time or during the weekend, will require an additional 24 to 48hrs for delivery.
Large or bulky items such as speakers normally require additional delivery time, but you will be advised of this when you place your order.
Please note that certain items, such as speakers, may require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be kept informed of an exact delivery date.
Certain products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control. If your products are not immediately available, we will advise you of the delay and give you an estimated date of delivery. You can also choose to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Information
If your item is damaged, please click here to email us or call us on 024 76447 402 as soon as possible after receipt of goods. We will arrange to collect the items and a replacement will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Please include full details of the problem along with the relevant invoice number.
